In the age of COVID, the pandemic has created a void in music and artistic performance. Though challenging at times, artists and musicians have continued to creatively bring art to the public virtually. I’m humbly seeking support for a weekly jazz series that officially launched on Sunday October 25th with our premier performance: https://youtu.be/UIJpPY_3Y3U​ and we've performed every Sunday since then.  The Reggie Watkins Trio Live from The Carnegie Stage​ is a carefully curated weekly live-stream concert series that features Ava Lintz - acoustic bass, David Throckmorton - drums and Reggie Watkins - original compositions / trombone / piano. The series will also include guest artists from multiple disciplines including music, visual art and dance. The Carnegie Stage, ​a prime performing arts facility just outside of Pittsburgh City Limits, is providing the backdrop for this live showcase. You can learn more about The Carnegie Stage at ​https://www.carnegiestage.com​ We’ve spent months setting up production and fine tuning the technology to be able to provide professional video and sound during the live-stream. With your help, the show will go live every Sunday at 3pm throughout the winter months. The estimated audience of thousands during the course of the series would benefit tremendously from your support.
