Registering my mom's car

Hello there,

I'm asking for help getting the money together to pay to my mom's car in my name. I began driving my mother's car after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and no longer allowed to drive. I had begun to save money to register it, unfortunately, my refrigerator decided to break as well. I then had to use my car funds to procure the replacement. Now my tags are officially out of date and I would like help to try to get the money back to avoid a ticket. My cat Trixie has a chronic viral gum infection.
