Rehabilitation for Damien Lynch

Damien is a 30 year old father of three children who suffered a sudden cardiac arrest on the night of the 5th of January. As a result of this, Damien has an acquired brain injury. Damien spent ten days in intensive care in Limerick regional hospital and a further five days in the high dependency unit.
On the 6th of February he was fitted with an I.C.D (implantable cardioverter defibrillator). Damien is currently in Ennis general hospital awaiting admission to the national rehabilitation hospital in Dun Laoighre. Money raised would help towards Damien’s rehabilitation and recovery.
