Reimagine & Rebuild Mayan Warrior
Tax deductible
Dear family,
We have been blown away these past weeks by the overwhelming response, support, and love from everyone in this community. Thank you. We feel deeply grateful for the beautiful messages and stories we received from you.
We have spent the last month mourning and reflecting on the loss of our dear Warrior. We realize we still feel inspired and have a deep passion for bringing art and performances in a new way to Burning Man. This project is not about recreating the Mayan Warrior that has passed away, but about embracing the spirit of renewal and regeneration that Burning Man and creating new art authentic to our roots. We aspire to spend the next year and a half building a new art car and art formations to bring to Burning Man in 2024.
Many of you have asked how you can help, with some generously offering to donate financially. This means so much to us.
To make this project a reality, we are offering various tiers of support.
- Mayan Supporter: Up to $500 – your contribution will go directly towards the purchase of tooling and supplies needed for the rebuild
- Mayan Warrior: >$500 – you will not only receive a Mayan Warrior gift but also support the purchase of raw materials to construct our new car
- Mayan Angel: >$2000 and your engraved name or family phrase will be displayed on a section of the bus, as a way to honor the Mayan Warrior Angels (helps fund a portion of higher-priced technology and systems such as audio, lighting, and lasers)
Mayan Warrior is a 501(c)3 non-for-profit, and all donations are tax-deductible. If you feel called to support us financially, we would be honored to have you join us on this journey.
Thank you for your support. Together, we can create a new expression of the Mayan Warrior and inspire others to join us in pursuing artistic expression and creative innovation.
Love
