Relief for Mexico Earthquake

Mexico has experienced two massive earthquakes in the past weeks. The death toll is growing, with dozens lost in Mexico City, Morelos, and Oaxaca.
MassMex hopes that Mexican, Mexican American people in Massachusetts as well as all friends of Mexico living in Massachusetts can pitch in to help our neighbors recover from these tragedies.
We intend to send these funds to Los Topos, an international civilian rescue brigade born out of the tragedy of the 1985 Mexico City earthquake. Find out more about them here: www.topos.mx.
MassMex members are: Arturo Natella, Armida Lefranc, Edith Olivares, Sergio Cantu, Tania Himay, Tania Del Rio, Hugo Arellano, Jorge Buendia, and Paola Peynetti. We collectively decided to donate to Topos because they have long focused on earthquake relief. As many Mexicans, we have been aware of the organization's work for a long time. We will transfer the funds via the Paypal link they provide on their website. We will publish the receipt after we transfer the funds. The person responsible for this transfer is Tania Del Rio.

México ha experimentado dos terremotos masivos en las últimas semanas. El número de fallecidos está creciendo, con decenas de fatalidades en la Ciudad de México, Morelos y Oaxaca.
MassMex espera que los mexicanos y amigos de los mexicanos en Massachusetts, así como todos los amigos de México que viven en Massachusetts, puedan ayudar a las víctimas a recuperarse de estas tragedias.
Tenemos la intención de enviar estos fondos a Los Topos, una brigada internacional de rescate civil nacida de la tragedia del terremoto de 1985 en Ciudad de México. Obtenga más información sobre ellos aquí: www.topos.mx.
