Relief Fund for Lebanon

Thousands of individuals have been forced to abandon their homes due to relentless attacks, particularly in the South of Lebanon, the capital Beirut and the Bekaa Valley, as well as other cities across the country. In response to this urgent crisis, some schools have opened their doors to accommodate the increasing number of refugees, providing essential temporary shelter. However, many other people, are forced to seek refuge on the streets due to a lack of available space in these temporary shelters. Over 500 shelters have been established to accommodate the 1.2 million people who have lost their homes. Many people have lost their jobs and are struggling to find new sources of income. While organizations are doing their best to support them, government assistance has been lacking. Most donations are coming from friends, family, or people abroad. The situation is particularly challenging as we approach winter. While we have been on the ground, we have met individuals who have lost their families, loved ones, and their pets. They feel devastated because they were unable to save them from the sudden attacks on their homes or were forced to flee their neighborhoods due to threats from Israel. Sometimes organizations can rescue them, but other times they cannot.

Who will we help?

Nation Station: Nation Station was created after the Beirut Blast, focusing on "Solidarity over Charity." Just one day after the blast, young community members took over an abandoned petrol station in Geitawi, a hard-hit area. They gathered activists, farmers, and organizations to provide immediate help. The car wash became a food distribution point, evolving into the Community Kitchen, which is still active. In response to recent hostilities that displaced over 1.2 million people. Nation Station has expanded its efforts. We now deliver 4,000 meals daily to Internally Displaced People (IDP) shelters located in Beirut.

Give Me a Paw: "Give Me a Paw" is dedicated to rescuing animals from these war zones, reuniting them with their displaced families, and supporting these families to prevent further abandonment. the team members are risking their lives to carry out these rescues in dangerous areas.

Hunna Art Cultural: Since September 25, a dedicated community of women and their children has turned Hunna Arts & Culture into a vital community kitchen and relief hub for families affected by the crisis. With generous support from donors in Lebanon and abroad, our all-volunteer team has prepared meals and distributed essential food parcels, clothing, bedding, and necessities in the Keserwan and Jbeil areas.

- Over 10,500 meals provided for schools and shelters.

- Essential food parcels and clothing distributed to over 500 displaced individuals.

- Kitchen utilities supplied to seven families in unfurnished homes.
