Shannon B McWhorter's Medical Bills

As many of you already know, my sister, Shannon was diagnosed with a Stage 3, very aggressive form of breast cancer in March of this year. The past 8 months have been a whirlwind, to say the least.
But, thankfully she is nearing the finish line, in complete remission, "Cancer Free"!!!
It of course, has been heart breaking to see Shannon have to fight through this battle and awful disease....However, it has also been amazing, inspiring and mind blowing to see her rise to her feet, in the full armor of God, with her faith in tact and her determination never wavering!
We have all stood in awe and complete amazement, at the sight of her courage, strength, resiliency and positivite attitude! She has gotten out of bed every single day and given her all to her 4 amazing children (all under the age of 10, two of them being twins!), her home AND has continued to work; all while going through chemo and a slew of other things!
Shannon never considered folding & she chose to push & fight, even when she felt she had nothing left to give.
She had faith that God was going to heal her, that she was "not going to die, she was going to live!" And so she made the choice to continue forward, no matter what and carry on each day, as if she had never been given this diagnosis ..and sure enough God delivered.
However, 8 months later the surgery has been a different ball game, you can't mind over matter an invasive surgery & the body's need to heal.
So working was not an option. She has been forced to miss work the past couple of months, and her husband has had to miss work as well and has been amazing at stepping up to the "Mr. Mom" role and taking care of their 4 kids, cooking, baths, homework, housework, school, sports, you name it! As well as taking such good care of Shannon.
As you can imagine, aside from their normal bills that have been coming in, regardless of missed work, the cost of raising 4 children, etc...the medical bills, are mounting. Shannon has two more surgeries in the upcoming months so this is my hope and my prayer...that this outreach may bring some much needed relief to Shan and her family and allow them to be able to "just breathe".. I want to thank you in advance and may God bless you all! Francie
