Zachary's Medical Journey

Zachary is a special little boy that has a rare medical condition. The doctors recommended that we terminate the pregnancy. We knew that God was in control and let God work.
Zachary was born with a syndrom called V.A.C.T.E.R.L. (you can google it). Along with that he also has a major heart condition called HLHS and is single ventrical. He basically only has half of a heart. He was also born with complete tracheal rings less than 1mm in size.
Zachary spent the first 17 weeks of his life at Phoenix Children's Hospital and has undergone 10 major surgeries in his short little life already. Doctor's have never seen all the issues Zachary has in one tiny little body.
He has been referred to Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, Texas for his hand surgery. We are excited and terrified at the same time. We are going to have an abundance of expenses that go along with this. To fly over it can be upwards of $200 per plane ticket. We might need to get a hotel if the Ronald McDonald house doesnt have a room and there are always surprise expenses.
God has provided thus far. Thank you for all the support.
