Remembering Alicia: A Light for Many

It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Alicia, who has tragically gained her angel wings. Alicia's life was taken by someone she trusted, enduring pain no one should ever have to face. Despite the challenges she bore, she devoted herself to helping and advocating for other women affected by abuse, hoping her strength could inspire others and prevent similar tragedies. Alicia was a beacon of light in the darkest of times. Her compassion, unwavering belief in the goodness of people, and her radiant smile lifted everyone around her. Even in her hardest moments, she remained positive and strong—qualities that defined the incredible person she was. To us, she was not just strong; she was the strongest. She leaves behind three beautiful children, who must now face life without the love and guidance of their devoted mother. Her children, along with her family and loved ones, are supported by a determined mother, father, and stepfather, who will not rest until justice is served. Her sisters and friends are committed to keeping her voice alive and ensuring her story is heard. We will not let her name be forgotten, nor the injustices she endured go unanswered. As we come together to celebrate Alicia's life, we ask for your support to give her the farewell she so deeply deserves and to assist her children as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
