Remembering and honoring Sarah Knox

Donation protected
Hello all, As I write to you today with a teary eye and trembling hand, my heart feels heavy with the weight of sorrow. I come before you not just as a grieving child but as a voice for my beloved mother, Sarah Knox, who left us too soon. On Christmas Eve, a day that should have been filled with joy and laughter, my mom suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. It was sudden and unexpected, leaving us in a whirlwind of confusion and pain. We don’t have many answers as to why this happened, but what I do know is that she passed peacefully, surrounded by family and close friends who loved her dearly. She fought valiantly to stay with us, but in the end, it was clear that God needed her home. My mother was a remarkable woman. She wore many hats in her life, but above all, she was a loving mother, a loyal friend, and a beacon of light in our community. She had a way of bringing people together, always sharing her warmth and kindness. It is in this spirit that I reach out to you today. We are humbly asking for your support as we prepare to celebrate her life and lay her to rest. Our family has faced many challenges, as we are seasonal restaurant and retail workers, much like many of you in our community. The financial burden of cremation and the celebration of her life weighs heavily on our hearts. We want to honor her memory in the most humble and beautiful way we can, and we cannot do this without your help. If you are able, we graciously accept any donations you can provide. Every little bit helps and will go directly towards giving my mom the farewell she deserves. However, I understand that times are tough for everyone right now. If you cannot donate, your kind thoughts and support mean the world to us. A simple message of love or a shared memory of my mom would bring us comfort during this difficult time. We are grateful for any way you can contribute, whether through donations or heartfelt messages. Our family thanks you for standing with us in this time of grief. Each of you who has been touched by my mom's spirit holds a piece of her legacy. Let us come together to celebrate her life and the love she shared with so many. In loving memory of my mom Sarah Knox, we honor her today and always. Thank you for being here for us.
