Remembering Angelina Cervantes
Donation protected
On August 4, 2022, our family lost Angelina Cervantes, our beloved mother, sister, aunt, friend, and a light in our community.
Angelina was beloved and adored by all who she met. Everywhere she went, her joyous, beaming attitude and smile lit up the room and charmingly turned strangers into new friends. Her warmth was contagious and undeniable. As a mother she shared her love relentlessly and unconditionally with all the force of her heart and spirit. She raised two children who were her pride and joy in life. As a sister, daughter, and friend, she selflessly shared her unwavering support, advice, and guidance with all she knew.
Angelina worked at the Greenfield Union School District for 15 years where she built connections with many families throughout the Greenfield community and beyond. She was a diligent and driven hard worker who was dedicated to helping others in any way she could.
Unfortunately, during the last two months before her passing, Angelina was hospitalized as she fought a very rare and aggressive cancer. Even through the most difficult moments, Angelina kept her strong, positive attitude and warmth which gained her many new friends amongst the hospital staff. She was determined to fight against the cancer with her son and daughter being her greatest inspiration, but God had other plans in store.
During this profoundly devastating time, we ask for your support in helping us honor Angelina. Your donation will help with the costs of medical bills and services.
The date and time of the services is not yet determined but will be shared promptly for those who wish to attend.
Please send your love and prayers to her son and daughter, David and Daniela, and to the rest of her family during this tragic time.
Thank you for your support and for the ways in which you loved her. There are no words to fully do her justice— to fully encapsulate force through which she embodied life, the richness of her heart and spirit, the color she brought to our worlds, and the power of the love she shared with us all. She will live eternally in our hearts.
