Remembering Barry Parks

My father, Barry Parks was a great man, a God-fearing man. He was a hard worker and if you were hungry, he would feed you. He was humorous and loved his daughters and grandkids with all his heart.
On Tuesday, August 28, 2018 around 2:40 am, while waiting for his bus to go to work, he was shot and killed by someone who tried to rob him. My fathers death is still a shock to all of us. He touched many people and always stressed the importance of working hard and doing good. He was a positive individual who always had encouraging words to share. It is with heavy heart that I write this.
A portion of your donation will go to finding the person responsible for taking Barry Parks' life and the rest will go to his grandchildren, whom he loved with all his heart.
