Remembering Bob Tompkins (BLT)

Hiya all! I've decided (with the approval of the family) to start one of these because as each day goes by the expenses, not only for the funeral costs but also travel and lodging are accumulating. Family from all over the country are arriving and as some of us know an event like this can be painful on the pockets but necessary. I'm not good at asking for this kind of help but it is greatly needed. Whatever raised here will be going towards memorial service costs and travel expenses for many that could really use some help with gas money/plane tickets , etc. The Tompkins family have rallied together to support each other due to the unexpected loss of Bobbie Lee. As the list of unforeseen expenses keeps growing, we're creating this GoFundMe to alleviate any extra financial burden on Bob's six children.

For those who don't know already, On Tuesday, August 30th, Robert Tompkins (Bobbie Lee, BLT, etc.) went in for surgery... although it went well, he did suffer from a stroke during the surgery. Bobbie passed away on Saturday, September 2nd, 2022.
