Remembering Chris Lynch's Human Touch & Bike Wrench Skill

Chris Lynch’s family and we in the Hickory, NC, community – and beyond, are devastated by the sudden loss of our dear friend, Chris, a living example of loving kindness, beloved husband and an outstanding bike mechanic, to an aggressive cancer diagnosed only 2 ½ weeks ago. Just as Chris always touched those he knew and love as well as people new to him with a warm smile, person-to-person compassion and exquisite craftsman skill, we will honor him with love, fond memories and gratitude at his funeral Thursday, Aug. 29th, and a celebration of life community group bike ride Saturday, Sep. 28th. At the same time, we are launching this fundraising drive to help defray significant medical and home expenses that would otherwise only further devastate Chris’s loving family.
