Cody James Jacobson, 40, of Kent, Washington, passed away unexpectedly on February 18, 2025. Cody was born in Renton, Washington, on June 11, 1984.
He attended school in the Kent and Graham area and graduated from Kentwood High School. Cody furthered his education at a technical school to become a welder, a craft he truly enjoyed and in which he was exceptionally creative, producing beautiful metal art. Later in life, Cody followed his passion for drawing and began tattooing his designs for his customers. He was incredibly artistic, creating stunning sketches, tattoos, and metal art.
Cody was known for his caring nature and his willingness to help anyone in need. He never missed a birthday wish or a Mother’s or Father’s Day call. Cody loved his family deeply. He had a wonderful smile, wicked sense of humor, sense of style, an appreciation for a home-cooked meal, and an eye for beauty! He will be deeply missed!
Cody is survived by his father, Robert Jacobson (Melinda), his mother, Mary Gleason (Dan), and his brother, Chris Jacobson (Liz). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins, with a special place in his heart for his niece and his best friend and girlfriend, Feliscia Davis, and her two kids.
All funds donated will go to support the children that had a special place in Cody’s heart.
