Remembering Daniel Lee Engebretson, Sr

Daniel Lee Engebretson, Sr was born on January 8, 1955 and passed away peacefully in Yankton, South Dakota on May 7, 2021.  

He joins his parents and leaves behind a large family including his children Dan, Jr., and Melody Gould and many siblings, grandchildren, a great grandchild and many friends.  

Dan served the United States Army in Korea.  He was diagnosed with cancer that took him much faster than expected.  His sudden death leave many family and friends grieving. 

In lieu of flowers, the family would like help with funeral costs and expenses or memorials to Disabled Veterans  or American Cancer Society. 

Burial with military honors will be May 28, 2021 at 11:30am, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
