Dearest family and friends, with great sadness, on August 26th, just a few hours shy of his 28th birthday our little "big" brother David Ariel Barriga has gone to rest. On August 4, 2020 he was involved in a horrible accident while working out of state. He fought for over 3 weeks in El Paso,TX. For me to describe this man in a few sentences is difficult, he is my best friend and little brother. Most family called him by his middle name Ariel, he was the light in everyone's life that he touched and encountered, everyone that crossed paths with him can't help but love his vibrant and humorous personality. He has a giant heart that is filled with unconditional love. David constantly strove for a better future, giving 100% at everything he did and loved his field of work. He was someone who always put others before himself. He is a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend who treated everyone with kindness, respect and compassion. His beautiful smile was always so warm and welcoming. He will be deeply missed, it is up to us to carry him on in memory and celebration. We have set up this page in support of the overwhelming requests from friends and extended family to who would also like to love and support David Ariel Barriga. David Ariel Barriga will forever be in our hearts and in our minds. While we cannot take away the sorrow, we can help ease the burden by supporting David and his family.
