Remembering Dolly Ward

My name is Katie Gray and it is with a very heavy heart that I am raising funds on behalf of a very dear friend, Dolly Ward.

On Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, Dolly passed away unexpectedly at her home from complications of the lung cancer she was just diagnosed with a month ago. To say her husband, children, grandchildren, and all who knew her are devastated is an absolute understatement.

Dolly spent her life caring for others. She was a nurse for the last 17 years and she touched so many lives in that short time. It wasn't hard for everyone who knew her to love her. So many people knew Dolly and just how full of life, fun, bubbly, friendly, and amazing she was.

As Steve, Dakota, and Madalynn try to find the strength to say goodbye to Dolly, and figure out how to navigate this new and painful life without her, please consider making a donation to help lessen some of the financial burden they will endure in the coming weeks, months and years - with funeral expenses, hospital bills, a mortgage and otherwise. No amount is too small, and I know I can speak for them and for all of us in expressing our gratitude and appreciation for all the love and support to come.
