Remembering Edie: Assistance for Funeral Expenses

Hello, My name is Tonya. My sister met Jesus today. I want her to know she was loved.

Edie (Edna Jo Richardson) was 12 years older than me and I looked up to her my whole life. She was a true hippie. She was born March 2, 1962. I remember my sister to always be the one I ran to…from wanting to climb in her bed when I was small to avoid being in trouble at home when I was a teenager. She was the first one to hand me joint when I was about 14 and took me to see The Steve Miller Band at the Zoo Amphitheater every August for my birthday. She took me to see Ozzy Osborne and went in halves with my mom and bought me my first car. Edie had a wild side and continuously shocked us with her behavior. She rode on the back of motorcycles, she swam with the dolphins, she smoked weed in Jamaica, she loved, she partied, she made bad decisions constantly! She was my big sister! My only one! Edie lost her life today and she was 62 years old.

I love and miss her

I am not able to pay for cremation and services as this was unexpected. I just want to do what’s right for her.
