It is with deep sadness that I share the passing of my beloved father, Hollis Murillo, who left us on 11/24/2024. As many of you know, Hollis was a remarkable man who touched countless lives with his warmth, generosity, and bright spirit. His quick smile and genuine care for others left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.

Hollis fought a long, courageous battle with Multiple Sclerosis, and sadly, the disease caught up with him. Throughout this challenging journey, he showed us what true strength looks like – never complaining and remaining humble every step of the way. Even in his hardest moments, he always had a joke ready, constantly asking how others were doing, and never failing to make people smile. His selflessness until the very end taught me what it truly means to be strong.

He was more than just a good father; he was an inspiration who taught me invaluable life lessons. Through his example, I learned the true value of kindness, especially during life's toughest moments. He showed me how a simple act of kindness can profoundly impact someone's life. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched with his gentle spirit and unwavering positivity.

While we navigate through this difficult time, our family is facing the unexpected costs of giving Hollis the dignified farewell he deserves. The expenses associated with the funeral services, memorial, and final arrangements have placed a significant financial burden on our family during this already challenging time.
