Remembering Hugh: A Loving Husband, Father, and Friend

It is with profound sadness that we share the loss of Hugh, my best friend’s husband, and an incredible man who touched the lives of so many. Hugh wasn’t just a friend—he was a true light. His warmth, sense of humor, and generosity made him someone everyone loved to be around. Whether you knew him for years or just met him, you couldn’t help but feel lucky to have crossed paths with him.

Hugh was also an incredibly hard-working man, always putting his family and friends first. He loved everyone he met, and his friends and family were always at the heart of his world. His dedication, kindness, and spirit never wavered. He leaves behind a legacy of joy and strength that will continue to inspire all of us.

Hugh leaves behind his beautiful wife Caroline, his daughter Anna, and his son Jack, who were everything to him. The love he shared with them was obvious to all who knew him—his family meant the world to him, and he devoted himself to them in every way.

In this incredibly difficult time, I have created this page to help support his family to cover funeral expenses. We are aiming to raise $15,000 to ensure that Hugh receives the farewell he truly deserves, and to provide his family with some peace and comfort during these overwhelming days.
