Remembering Jaida: A Parent's Call for Aid

Hello everyone. It’s with great sadness that I have to ask for the community to help my family during these hard times. My eldest daughter Jaida was in a car wreck that took her life. With her being only 20, she didn’t have anything

set up, and let’s be real, no parent thinks they would have to bury their child.

I'm asking only what you can spare.

Here’s a little back story about Jaida!

On 12/15/04, I was 14 and my life changed forever! A beautiful 6 lb 4 oz baby girl was born! Lord knows she was as beautiful as the sunrise and as wild as the mustangs that roam free! Life wasn’t very kind to her and gave her some challenges to overcome, and she did that with a smile on her face!! She was my twin! My mini! My everything!! But unfortunately, she trusted her life to someone only for them to take it! I’ve learned that the driver was under the influence and he has minimal injuries but is looking at 2nd degree manslaughter, driving under the influence, and gross negligence causing serious bodily injury including death. I’ve learned there is a court hearing tomorrow. Not sure of the time but if you can show up to support Jaida I would appreciate it!

UPDATE

we had court he’s plead not guilty being granted a 25,000$ bond only needing 10%. This is absolutely disgusting but to make it worse his mother is trying to withhold my daughter’s stuff from me! Including her fur baby Indica! We are going to be upping the goal as this may turn into a civil suit! I want my babies stuff and we will continue to rally for Jaida! We got a long fight ahead of us but we’re gonna keep it going!

Jaidas stuff was given away by the killers family when this was being handled by the cops. This is definitely going to turn sideways and we will need all the help with can get with attorney fees!

if any of you actually knew Jaida you would know she was a hard core mamas girl! She had 4 mom figures in her life! Me, Sarah, and Danielle, and Meg . Let’s make sure justice gets served! so far the cost of the services is 7,000. Please let that be our minimum!! Thank you for your immense support during this time of struggle
