Remembering Jeff Sutton

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved coach, friend, and OTF family member, Jeff Sutton. Jeff coached at our Point Loma studio, and if you have ever taken his classes, you know the immense energy Jeff brought into the studio with him. The only thing that could beat his energy was his enormous heart; he made you feel known and loved. You could often find Jeff spending hours on hours building the perfect playlist for his classes, and his OTF spirit really shined through on any themed dress-up day – he was unmatched.

Jeff saw the good in people and recognized everyone’s potential. Whether it be providing a heavier weight, or encouraging an .1mph increase in your all out – he always pushed you to be your best, in and out of the studio. Jeff’s class was a second home to a lot of us. He was a motivator, an inspiration and loved by all who knew him. We will continue to push ourselves to be better, just like Jeff would push us.

We are so grateful for the time we were able to have with Jeff. His passion for the outdoors and fitness, paired with his larger-than-life personality, guided him in everything he did, and made an impact on everyone he met. We love seeing all the memories and stories being shared, and we appreciate any support you are able to give during this time. All donations will be given to Jeff's immediate family members to help with memorial and unexpected expenses acquired during this difficult time.
