Remembering Jim Estelle
Donation protected
If you knew Jim, you knew he loved life: going on adventures with his wife Angela, playing with his dogs, bringing his family together whenever possible and putting a smile on the face of anyone who might find themselves in his company. Jim was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He made the best out of every situation and was quick with a joke or tease to lighten the mood. He appreciated a good meal, good company and a good rock concert now and then, too. Never one to boast, you could see the pride in his face as he held his nieces and nephews, took friends for a boat ride, gifted a one-of-a-kind wood creation, hosted a party at his home or simply sat next to Angela on the couch, enjoying the life they made together. It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Jim. He will be missed every minute of every day.

On Tuesday, Jan. 26, Jim's life came to an abrupt end at the young age of 50 after a 10-day hospitalization due to COVID-19 complications. When he was first diagnosed with the disease, he showed relatively few symptoms but a mere 6 days later he was rushed to the hospital, struggling to breathe. Jim was immediately put on a ventilator and moved to the ICU, where he stayed for the remainder of his days. Thankfully, Angela was able to be with Jim in his final hours. Unfortunately, the astronomical costs of Jim's care have been a source of stress for his family since he entered the hospital. The goal of this page is to lighten the financial burden and help Angela, and the rest of the Estelle family, move forward.

Please consider helping Angela through a donation. No amount is too small and all donations are greatly appreciated. All funds raised will go directly toward medical bills, a funeral service and Angela’s cost of living in the months ahead. We also urge everyone to honor Jim and his family by following COVID protocols, stopping the spread of the virus and keeping their families safe.
