Julio Cesar Castrillo, a beloved son, father, and esteemed Krav Maga Black Belt Master and Instructor, passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 44. Born on July 2, 1980, Julio was highly respected in the martial arts community, dedicating his life to mastery of Krav Maga and teaching others the skills he held dear.
Throughout his life, Julio achieved significant milestones, including earning his title as a Black Belt Master twice. His dedication to the art was matched only by his devotion to his family. Julio's legacy is carried on by his daughter Abby, who was the light of his life.
Julio was not only a mentor to many on the mat but was also a cherished friend and family member, known for his warm heart and generous spirit. His life, though short, was impactful, leaving an indelible mark on those around him.
A private memorial service will be conducted with family and close friends to celebrate Julio's life and legacy.
