Remembering Legendary Jazz Bassist Jeff Chambers

San Francisco Bay Area Jazz Artists and enthusiasts, in conjunction with the JaZzLine INSTITUTE, unite to remember stellar jazz bassist Jeff Chambers. Jeff passed away on May 18th, 2021.

 

In recognition of Jeff’s lifelong musical achievements and many contributions to the jazz genre, the "Friends of Jeff" collective will hold a memorial concert in Jeff’s honor on April 9th, 2022, at 7:00 PM, at Freight and Salvage in Berkeley, CA.

We need your support to make this event a fitting tribute for such an esteemed musician, friend, brother, son and father. Your most generous donation will help cover production and entertainment expenses and support a new music scholarship in Jeff's name.

The JaZzLine INSTITUTE is a nonprofit organization focused on educating the general public through restoring, preserving jazz recordings, and recognizing the contributions of jazz musicians. Donations are tax-deductible.
