Remembering Max: Support for His Loved Ones

Aloha, with permission I am trying to raise money for the family of Max Soppeland for helping his young children, as he will no longer be able to support their care.

Max was the most gentle soul imaginable…a deeply loving and sensitive person who cared deeply about people and had strong values about loyalty, honesty, family, and connection. I personally cannot imagine never seeing his kind face again, and his children will miss him forever and feel this loss the entirety of their lives. Please consider donating to his family, as I know they very much need the community’s help during this time and are not the types to ask for anything themselves.

If you knew Max personally, please share a fond memory. If you didn’t know him, I know that we all unfortunately have experience with death and loss and have all known someone whose life was destroyed by trauma. God bless the family and Max’s spirit. Mahalo to all of you.
