Merwan was born in Salima, Lebanon to the late Afaf and Akl Mosrie on February 18, 1952. At only 14 years old, Wan came to the United States to create a new life. Slowly, family and friends followed and Wan was always willing to lend a hand to help others start their new lives in the US.
Wan was known for his bright smile, joking personality, kind heart, and willingness to help a friend in need. He will forever be missed, however his legacy of hard work, kindness and generosity will continue on in our hearts.
