Remembering Pastor Paul
Donation protected
Pastor Paul Baker has gone home to be with the Lord, Jesus Christ. Pastor Paul was a staple of the Mountainair community, touching so many lives not only through his ministry but also through his kind words and good humor that was appreciated by all. Our hope is his beloved wife, Judy is able to spend this time honoring his memory and celebrating his life, and accomplishments here on earth. We are asking for donations from the community Pastor Paul served so he may have the memorial he deserves. We thank our community, in advance, for their kindness and generosity during this difficult time.
Edited to add a note from Judy:
The love of my life and I have fought for years a battle that will be coming to an end soon. My honey has fought and stood on Proverbs 3: 5 and 6. It says
Proverbs 3:5-6
New American Standard Bible
5 (A)Trust in the Lord with all your heart
And (B)do not lean on your own understanding.
6 In all your ways (C)acknowledge Him,
And He will (D)make your paths straight.
He has stood on this promise from our Lord and Savior. His time is near. Do not know a time or day because this day will be determined by God.
As we signed paperwork for hospice and orderef our equipment only makes it a little more real as time goes by but this is ok.
Again I do not know when, only that Doctors have said there is no more we can do for you. It is time to make some serious decisions and hospice is one of them.
I may have my honey for years, months or days and we have come to terms with this. TRUST in the LORD is all the advice I have for anyone preparing for a loss of a loved one. Or a sudden loss of a loved one.
Well my honey made it to Heaven.
I just to thank everyone that prayed, brought food and all of the comforting words and sharing how he touched your hearts
