Remembering Princess Mila

Mila James was born to Racheal fleming and Richard James on the 9th of August 2022.

Mila is one of a twin, her sister is Mali And her older siblins are Zack, Tobi, Daizy and Poppi.

Mila had a little trouble coming into the world after a Csection at 37weeks. She was not breathing for herself, and was worked on for 45mins before going to NCU. She didn't meet her mam or her twin sister for a further 14hours.

Mila was such a little character, And loved being cuddled,her smile lit up the room, and her poo-nami's emptied them.

Mila was loved beyond words by her parents and all who met her. Mila and her sister Mali had attention everywhere they went, 2 precious little girls.

They had such a special little bond and would often be seen posing the same way when sleeping, with the same expressions.

Mila had cute nicknames, Mila monkey(she would climb all over you when being burpped), Mila mowhawk (she has a little tuft of hair on the top of her head)

On Thursday morning 22th September 2022, a parents worse nightmare.

Princess Mila fell asleep, and never woke up.

Racheal gave CPR, while Richard rang emergency services. They came in about 7minutes and worked on Mila for an hour. Everyone did everything they possibly could.

That day was the day Racheal and Richards hearts shattered into a million pieces.

The hardest part was to leave little baby Mila with strangers and have to go home with one baby.

As you can imagine they haven't been doing well at all, they visited Mila at the Chapel of rest everyday since,having endless cuddles and kisses, and making sure she's got her teddies and Disney blanket.

No parents should ever have to say goodbye to their child. They are both very much struggling to come to terms with what has happened.

There are plenty of health professionals, and charities helping them in any way they can.

It's been an extremely hard week and Nothing anyone can say or do is gonna make anything better, there is only one thing they want, and they can't have it.

Respectfully Racheal and Richard have asked for privacy at this difficult time. They are not ready to speak to people or have messages, flowers, cards, etc.

They would be extremely grateful if anyone would like to pay their respects and sympathy via this page.

Financial help towards the funeral and memorials for the family would be more than appreciated.

They literally don't know what to do with themselves never mind plan a service for their baby.

Mali and the boys are keeping them strong, aswel as immediate family.

The next coming weeks are going to be the biggest, worse impact of their lives ever.

They will be having a private funeral for themselves and family who had the pleasure of meeting such a wonderful little girl.

A portion of donations will go to the charities that have been working closely with them.
