On April, 13, a young lady RayAnna Moya, 25, was brutally murdered by her partner and the father of her children, ages 10 and 3. He also shot her brother three times, who survived. She leaves to mourn her passing, two children, her mother Roberta, two sisters and three brothers under 25.
