Remembering Rudy: Donations in lieu of flowers

Rodrigo "Rudy" Rimando, Sr. passed away peacefully on February 25, 2022 at the age of 85, after a rich lifetime serving his family, faith, nation, and community. Twenty years of his life were spent as president of the Filipino American Community of Bainbridge Island and Vicinity. We know that our father had given so much of his love, energy and passion to this community, and in lieu of flowers, we ask that you consider a gift instead to the organization he loved so much.

Rodrigo “Rudy” Rimando, Sr. will be honored at a funeral mass on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 11:00 am at St Cecilia Catholic Church on Bainbridge Island, WA. His Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the Filipino American Community Hall nearby.

The Rimando family is grateful for the outpouring of support of our father's many friends and our broad family across the globe. Thank you for considering this gift in his honor. All funds donated will go directly to this nonprofit organization.
