REMEMBERING SADEE LYNN WHITE
Donation protected
A bright light was extinguished Saturday, February 16th when we lost our beautiful daughter, sister, and friend. Sadee Lynn White was 18 years old and lived every day with intent and a strong purpose in spite of the fact she fought a strong battle dealing with seizures and severe chronic headaches every day. She led by example, touching and inspiring everyone around her with her smile, laughter, and fun spirit. Sadee lived courageously, embracing all life had to offer. She was a senior at Golden High School in Golden, Colorado, currently had straight A’s, and was scheduled to graduate in May. She had a passion and heartfelt love of animals, and was a skilled equestrian. She worked hard and followed her dreams to help animals in need, and had been accepted into the Bel-Rae Institute of Animal Technology which she planned to attend this Fall. She was also in the process of starting a foundation to raise awareness and help animal shelters in the Denver/Golden Colorado area. She had just obtained permission from the town of Golden, CO to distribute flyers and hold an event in the park to introduce her idea (attached is a photo of the flyer she put together and had planned on handing out this week), and raise money/collect donation and supplies for shelter animals. The shelter she chose to partner with is Foothills Animal Shelter in Golden, Colorado (flyer also attached). Her giving spirit was exemplified up to her last day here with us. She spent the day painting a house with Habitat For Humanity, and celebrated a music and laughter-filled evening with family and friends. This sudden and tragic loss is overwhelming to her family and those close to her - all who are missing her amazing presence.
