Remembering Shamoi

Our beloved Shamoi passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 2nd. Shamoi had the biggest heart in the world and made sure everyone she met felt special. She leaves behind 3 amazing children who are incredible examples of the kind of person she was. She loved them dearly.
Shamoi was a giver and had incredible compassion. While she did administrative work for a law firm by day, she was in school at night, working on her MBA so that she could be better equipped to run a non-profit she was creating to help foster youth transition into independent living. We must now lay her to rest. She will forever be in our hearts and we will miss her dearly.
Many of you have asked how to support Shamoi, her children, and her family. This link has been set up solely for those who would like to help and all proceeds will only benefit Shamoi’s accommodations and her children.
With love and appreciation,
Family and Friends of Shamoi Owens
