Remembering Taylor Adams: Donate to Her Memorial

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the loss of our beloved Taylor Milan Adams. Taylor passed away at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Although Taylor was always smiling, laughing, dancing, and joking around, she spent the last few years of her life in a lot of pain, in and out of the hospital. She suffered in silence from many health complications and was ultimately taken from us way too soon. We ask that you not remember Taylor for her illness, but for being the young, beautiful, bright individual she was and will always remain in our hearts as.
If you knew Taylor, she was a funny, charismatic goofball with a HUGE heart. As a sign language interpreter and ABA therapist, she dedicated her life to working with the deaf, autistic, and disabled communities. Taylor touched the lives of countless clients and made friends wherever she went. In Taylor’s spare time, she obsessed over scary movies, amusement parks, and anything that called for adventure and fun. Her absolute favorites were Universal Horror Nights, Knott's Scary Farm, and all things horror-related. If you were close to her, she probably scared the crap out of you on at least one occasion. Even when she was sick, Taylor would never turn down an invitation to Universal Studios or Disneyland (if you know, you know!).
Taylor was such a giver. She loved helping others, and she has continued to do so, even after her last breath. Prior to her passing, Taylor registered as an organ donor. She has donated her lungs, kidneys, and pancreas to needy recipients. She would be so proud to save more lives, even though she has saved and touched so many already.
Taylor’s passing was very sudden and has left our family heartbroken. Her wishes were to be cremated, and we are honoring her by doing so.
Above all, Taylor loved to HAVE FUN. We will be honoring her with a celebration of life that is still TBA. We will post updates as soon as that is finalized.
Taylor had a dog, an American Pitbull Terrier named Nola. Taylor’s life revolved around her “daughter” Nola Marie. She was always worried about Nola when she had to go into the hospital. We are currently looking for a forever home for Nola. She is a sweet dog without a mean bone in her body. If you are interested, please contact Wendy Blanchard-Parker. We need to get her rehomed ASAP.
If you can help our family by donating anything, it would be greatly appreciated. This would help us with the costs of laying her to rest. If you’re unable to donate, please share a memory or photo by emailing them to Wendy Blanchard-Parker.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Your kindness and support mean the world to us.
Love,
Taylor’s Family
