Remembrance of Derrick Arnold

My name is Chris Arnold and I am Derrick's younger brother. With the unfortunate passing of Derrick, I believe it is my duty to help our family with unexpected expenses that will arise from his passing as best as I can. Derrick was an amazing brother, he was a pillar of reassurance, and meant the world to me. My upbringing in Macomb would not have been the same without him always by my side. Not only was he an amazing brother, he was also an amazing son, partner, nephew, uncle, cousin and dear friend to countless others.

2/5/2023 @ 8:31am he was given his wings. As of 2/6/2023, Derrick has completed his Gift of Life Honor walk and donated 5 major organs to those in need. It pains us to see him move on from this life, but we will be meeting for a celebration of life later in Spring to remember Derrick and everything he has done for us.

My father’s side celebration for life will be in Macomb in April. Updates to come for anyone that would like to attend.

Anything will help my father Richard and his mother Cathy during this time. Also, thank you to everyone for reaching out directly to me and offering assurance, kind words, and support during this time. It really has meant the world to me to see how many lives Derrick has touched, new and old.
