Remenap Family Support Fund In Memory of Kevin
Donation protected
On April 9, the Remenap family experienced an incredible loss as Kevin Remenap unexpectedly passed away on his way home from vacation with his family. Kevin suffered a blood clot in his lungs (pulmonary embolism) that put him into cardiac arrest. We are asking for donations for Molly and their children: Kelly (15), Ryan (13), and Kate (10).
Kevin was an incredible husband, father, son, brother, teacher, coach, and friend to many. He touched more lives in his far too short time with us than many do in a lifetime. He had an impact on many communities including Thornapple Kellogg, Caledonia, and Grandville.
Since many have asked how they can help, we set up this gofundme in response to help the family. Funds will go towards any expenses the family incurs, specifically the children's college funds. Please know that this is a gift for the family and donations are not tax deductible. Originally, we said 10,000, but we hit that in a few hours! I have upped it to $30,000 but we welcome much more than that!
In an effort to make things as easy on Molly as possible, please accept this as a thank you in advance for all of your support! It means so much to the family.
