Rene Gaytan's Family Fund

On behalf of the Hill Country Community who have come to admire and respect our beloved builder, Rene Gaytan, we are hosting this GoFundMe to help his young widow, Cristina and 4 precious children through this terrible time of loss and sadness, following his tragic construction accident. Rene had become part of the town, building, remodeling, advising, and generally just being a good friend to all of us. He worked tirelessly to make our dreams come true, into the nights and on weekends. He was a master builder, tiler, carpenter, innovative thinker, artist and project manager, in every respect. Rene was always available and reliable. He was generous with his time, never in a hurry, meticulous and caring. His smile, beautiful countenance and humor will be missed beyond words. He was a grateful man and appreciated us all. A deeply religious man, he honored his talent and loved his family dearly. Let us work together and thank him. He would be honored and deeply grateful to know his family would be taken care of by those he cared for. There is no-one else like Rene.
