Renee Beaucage Fundraiser
Kelly Talarico is organizing this fundraiser on
behalf of Renee Beaucage.
Sometimes life throws you some real curveballs and 2020 has been full of them. Unfortunately,
this year has thrown quite a curveball to my friend Renee, and we are here to ask for some help.
In September, Renee was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer which has spread to her
lymph nodes, liver and spine. Without getting into too much medical jargon, it’s pretty aggressive. Her doctor and oncologist have responded with equal aggression in terms of a treatment plan. This means that Renee will be undergoing chemotherapy and surgery.
Renee is a single mother of two daughters. She has two grandchildren. She has always worked several jobs in the healthcare field helping others to support her family. Renee has devoted her life to help her family and clients. Renee worked at Barnwell Nursing Home for 32 1/2 years as a full time CNA/Rehabilitation Aide, Staffing Coordinator and part time receptionist. She always worked additional
part time jobs as a CNA Eden Park in the 90s, several private duty jobs over the years, in the deli at Hannaford and also at the Dollar
Tree.
When Renee was diagnosed, she had to leave her job as a private duty provider to take care of
herself. Renee’s fiancé Bobby has been there for her every step of the way since her diagnosis in
September. He unfortunately had to take a leave from his job to take care of Renee and bring her to her appointments. Also, her
medical insurance is through his employer and that’s a a significant expense. This has placed a significant financial burden on their
household. The reality of this situation is that she will be worrying about things like the mortgage, groceries, medical insurance and
expenses, etc. alongside of the concerns for her own health.
That’s where you’ll come in. Over the years, through her dedication to her clients as a private duty provider, helping others. We are
hoping to show her some of the kindness she has spread to so many.
We are starting this GoFundMe in an effort to take some of financial strain off of Renee, and let her focus on her health. Please donate
anything you can and keep my friend in your prayers, so that she can obtain the care she deserves. Thank you for your help!
