Renee Boucher

Back on June 22, 2023, associate Renee Boucher, who is the Associate Manager-Field Services Contract Management, was diagnosed with IDC Her2+ breast cancer. Renee is courageously fighting this disease while continuing to work and has already completed 4 out of 6 chemo treatments, with each one getting increasingly more difficult. Due to some recent health issues, brought on by chemo treatments, she will have to take medical leave, earlier than she had anticipated. She has two surgeries scheduled back-to-back in December and a possible third in January. After the surgeries Renee still faces a year of treatments.

Renee now lives in Waupaca, WI and has a 31-year-old daughter. Renee has always loved working for TDS and began her career at TDS as a Right-Of-Way contractor. From there she worked in Collocation and Outside Plant Construction, prior to joining Field Services Support. Outside of work she enjoys playing with her new puppy Poppy, reading, crocheting, taking walks, and spending time with friends and family.

Throughout this process Renee continues her positive outlook and is a fighter, kicking cancer to the curb! However, given her situation currently medical bills have already piled up, and looking ahead this will continue for some time.
