Renee Dumas Memorial Fund

We are heartbroken by the loss of our dear friend, Renee Dumas

 

Renee passed away this week at home after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Not only was she a wonderful friend, but most importantly Renee was a devoted wife to the love of her life, Chris, and a kind and loving mother to her sons, Nate and Sam, who were her world.  Anyone who knew Renee knows that her family was always her top priority.

 

Renee was known for her infectious laugh and her enormous heart.  She was kind to everyone she encountered, and her positivity and determination lifted and inspired those around her.

 

Renee will also be forever remembered for the grace and courage with which she faced this horrendous disease, and her resolve and strength in fighting every day for nearly 2 years to remain with her family until the end.

 

We are collecting donations to honor Renee’s memory by seeking to help her family navigate an uncertain future ahead, without the guidance and comfort of their Wife, Mom, and best friend.

 

All funds donated here will go directly to Renee’s family through the Renee Dumas Memorial Fund to help cover expenses related to her passing, her medical bills, and to provide for her sons’ education.

 

Renee Dumas made a beautiful impact in this world, and we will carry her memory in our hearts forever.

 

Memorial Open House

A visitation with family and friends will be held at the Dumas home on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from Noon to 6:00 PM.   All are welcome to visit and to celebrate the life of Renee.  Please free to dress casually and enjoy food and conversation with family and friends.
