Fundraising for my post-heart surgery recovery

Hi guys!

Thank you for taking the time to look into my go fund me fundraiser! I am humbly using a fundraising source to help with my post heart surgery recovery time!

An update from when I originally started this fundraiser:

This past week I had what seemed to be another mini stroke that led me to be admitted into the hospital once again. This has encouraged myself and my doctors to expedite our decision with correcting my heart condition. I am blown away at the outpour of love and support through all of this! I am also blown away at the financial assistance which northside Forsyth hospital has granted me in order to have this procedure done!

As many of you know, I wear many hats in life and work… A lot! April 8 is my scheduled surgery date. It is recommended that I take some major downtime to fully recover. With that being said, that means I will have to take a huge load off of work. If I don’t work, I don’t make any money! I am a traveling Hair And Makeup artist, this is something that weighs on me heavily and creates an enormous amount of financial stress. Running a small business and freelancing does not include disability or Workmen’s Comp.… At least not in my case!

That is why I am back to utilizing this platform!

I want to thank each and every person who has reached out to show me love and support! Even if I have not reached out to you personally please know that I have read and seen every kind of message/text.
