Ren's Gender Diagnosis and Testosterone fund
Donation protected
My name's Ren, I'm a trans man in the UK hoping to start my medical transition to feel at home in my body.
I've been at odds with my gender since I can remember, questioning what being me meant, but never allowing myself to explore it. At 14 I couldn't ignore it and began researching and trying to find myself. Due to the environment around me, I never felt like I could truly be myself, telling myself "Well I can't be a man, I'm not allowed to, I just can't". Despite that, I longed to be more masculine, researching testosterone, top surgery, watching content by trans men documenting their journeys. Finally, at 22, I was surrounded by wonderfully inclusive, loving people who gave me the freedom and support to come into my own and own my gender identity as a man. Now, coming onto 2 years being socially out and living as a man, I'm ready to medically transition.
The funds will help cover my Gender Diagnosis (£500) and Testosterone treatment (£1376). Any donation means the world to me, no matter how small. Anyone who donates, thank you, anyone who can't, please share, and I thank you for your time and support in helping this reach others.
