We need emergency help with rent , bills, medical expenses and car payment. We have been given a short time to pay the late payments on our rent or we have been asked to move out. We have no place to go and no money to move if we had to leave. Looking for a safe job or temp remote. I had to stop Lyft driving which is my only source of income currently to protect my 84 yo mother who lives with me. No income has really hurt our already drastic situation. Trying to get assistance to keep us in the house we are renting, but I know the landlords need to pay their bills too. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. My elderly mother who is in fragile health came to live with me in 2016 to make things easier on her and give her a better place to live and enjoy her life while I can help care for her. She has survived breast cancer and is now needing new dentures but the dentist has major concerns that mom's lower jaw is too thin to get new dentures. So she is waiting to get into an oral surgeon to see if there is anything they can do. She suffered a back injury years ago and had a spinal cord stimulater put in 3 years ago. The unit stopped working and she is waiting for her surgery to be scheduled.

Being sent a letter titled Notice to Vacate is a scary and hard thing to see, but during the pandemic while you are trying to quarantine moves it to the next level. Luckily there are temporary protections in place, otherwise we would have authorities at our door by now. I hope to be able to catch up on late payments and stay in the home. Hopefully I can find safe work soon or be vaccinated so I don't have to worry as much about my preexisting health conditions and my mother's. Thank you so much for your help.
