Rent Fund to Continue Job Search

Hi, my name is Marian (or any number of things you may know me by at this point), and I recently needed to leave my job position due to an untenable commute. You know how it goes: it starts remote, then goes hybrid, then turns into in the office all the time. I could handle the hybrid schedule, but the time sink and wear on my car was already getting difficult. To spent 3 hours in the car, $80 on gas (minimum) a week, and then to park in downtown Seattle every day was not doable on my salary.

We had enough money to get by for a while, and I had been hoping I'd have something more secured by now in terms of a new position, but the job search (and a few interview processes) have been taking much longer than I'd hoped, and I'm now in a position where I am very likely to not make rent for this coming month.

The total is mainly for my rent costs, the GFM fees, and other emergency bills that come up before I'm able to get work again. Anything helps and I appreciate it very much.
