Reopen Skylark Social Club

Opened in January 2018, Skylark Social Club has become a hub in Charlotte, North Carolina centralized by the birth, rebirth, and growth of local music. For years, our small venue staff has used every fiber of our beings to bring life into this beautiful place.

Now, we are afraid that this life is threatened. During the continued, state-mandated closure of our venue, amongst many others, our savings have run dry keeping this building alive. We are humbly asking, as the staff and owners of Skylark Social Club, for donations to save the life of this venue.

In order to reopen our building, we urgently need $15,000 to help us cover:
Catching up on bills
Repairing and maintaining the coolers that have been shut off for months
Ceiling tiles damaged by the lack of air flow through the building
Renewal of our liquor license
Replacing out-of-date stock

Any monetary donation to breathe life into our home-away-from-home means the world to us. Your donation will mean more bands on our stage, more first time concertgoers, more first-time performances from brand new local bands, more drink specials on weekends and weekdays, and more love within these walls.


We have tried to do this alone, to keep this burden off of your shoulders, but today we humbly admit that we need help. We need your help to save Skylark Social Club and the many musicians, staff, and friends who call this place home.
