Reopen restaurant Suzuki & Satsuki

Under normal circumstances, I usually do not resort to crowd fundings, however this time we are in an extremely difficult situation to reopen.

We are established in Midtown manhattan an area that is commercially dense. Therefore we have received severe impact prior to the quarantine.  

We currently have outstanding dues on food we have purchased in the beginning of March to current $65,698.57, (now have spoiled) we would need to repurchase them upon opening.  

We are now in a position where I had to let go of our staff so they can receive financial aid through unemployment. Even with the government loan of $75,000 (which we do not know when we will receive it) we will not be able to cover the detrimental loss we have incurred within this month.

With this funding we would firstly pay back the owed funds, and get us back on track to opening. 

We understand natural disasters can withhold and hinder of our everyday life, however it saddens me that my team is facing these difficulties and I would not have a place for them to come back to.
