Repairing Equestrian Area at Kings Arrow Ranch

Donation protected
Greetings all!
My name is Doe Flynn, many of you know me as the Equestrian person at Kings Arrow Ranch that has been working there and organizing equestrian stuff for medieval wars for over 2 decades.

Recently, this amazing camp site has been purchased by a wonderful couple whos dream is to rebuild, remodel, update and make it into an amazing place to have all sorts of medieval events, as well as many others that would help them to bring work as well as revenue into the small community that surrounds the campsite. This is a monumental task, one that we aren't sure they realized when they originally took it on. But they have spirit, and want to make the site into the best event space it can be.

They have recently been accepted as a 501C non profit, and have been trying to raise money to do the repairs all over the site. Unfortunately, there is so much that needs to be upgraded, remodeled, repairs and revamped, it's been a daunting task financially, physically and mentally. They want it done right, so it will be long term, permanent fixes. That means the costs are higher. The time is longer. It's frustrating. But Brian and Kim persevere. They love this place as much as we do.

Many of us have chipped in, helping to do work chipping in for fund raisers, trying to help fix things ourselves. Brian and Kim have put out the call for skilled laborers to help if they can. But there is so much of the site that needs attention. Unfortunately, it can't be all done at once.

The fund raisers before are going towards the things all over the general site that need to be repaired and remodeled. My fund raiser is specifically focused on the equestrian area if the site and will only be used for that area. Every year, equestrians from all over the country drive their equines down, sometimes two days, and spend a ridiculous amount of money, to help enhance our event with wonderful shows of pageantry, skills, and beauty. Every year, we have had to rig together stalls and try to temporarily fix the stalls enough that we could house all these equines. This would be out of our own pockets. The cattle panels we used before to make stalls are no longer on site. That leaves us without stalls for almost 20 horses. The new owners have given us carte blanc to repair and remodel the equestrian area, but they don't have the funds to divert to the equestrian area from what is needed in the general cam site area. We need help!

Please, donate what ever you can to help us be able to continue bringing the equines to events! We will have complete control over where the funds go to, and it will all be spent on wood boards to rebuild stalls, as well as gates and fencing. The work will be done by our hands, so all we need is the materials. We will have one of our trusted equestrians be in charge of keeping track of what is spent and will have that if anyone would like to view it.

If we could just get the help we need, if everyone would just chip in what they could, we could have everything done before our next big event! Please consider helping, whether you are an equestrian or not, and please share this with every one you know to get it moving further! Many hands make light work!

Thank you for your consideration and kindness! It goes so very far!
