Repatriation of Sister to Edinburgh

My sister has been hospitalised in Corfu with 2 collapsed vertebrae and is unable to walk or sit to fly home. The insurance company are refusing to cover costs and need to get her back to the UK for immediate surgery. She had gone to friends wedding which has now turned into nightmare where she can’t get home. Any help towards the cost of an air ambulance transport (£43,500) would be appreciated. This is not something I would normally do but our small but close family are struggling to get support from the British government or medical insurance,
