legal fees for BSCS reimbursement

For 10 months I have asked the school board to answer questions and provide us with resolutions. For 10 months they have continued to avoid me and not give answers or take me serious. During this time I have uncovered some of the reasons why this district is in the financial condition that it is. Based on my findings through research and FOIA requests, I have discovered actions and involvement by board members to be violations of the OMA, MASB and the laws pertaining to Misappropriation of Public Funds. For this reason it is time for them to be held accountable for their wrongdoing. Any and all funds recovered through this demand or legal action will be recovered on behalf of the district and repaid to the school district. The go fund me account is set up only to help pay for non recovered legal fees, any monies donated that are not spent on legal fees will be donated to the Bridgeport-Spaulding Scholarship Commission. Donations can be anonymous!
